INQUIRY PHASE
how long is the initial consultation?
The first free consultation session lasts about 1 hour.
Do we schedule a phone or video call?
We highly encourage video calls - normally using Zoom.
Booking phase
is there a booking fee?
There is a booking fee of 25% of your package.
will we sign a contract?
You will receive an agreement / contract.
planning phase
HOw BIG ARE THE WEDDINGS THAT YOU PHOTOGRAPH & FILM?
Most of the weddings that we document have anywhere between 80 and 120 guests. If your wedding has over 105 guests, we may recommend booking an extra assistant.
Do we need to hire a Celebrant for our ELOPEMENT (OR VOW RENEWAL)?
It is absolutely not necessary to have a celebrant to officiate the elopement (vow renewal). You can absolutely take care of the legalities of getting married in your home country (makes things less complicated!). It is up to you if you want a celebrant or not.
how many guests can we invite to our
ELOPEMENT?
For an elopement (or vor renewal), it can just be the two of you, or you can include your closest family and friends. We don’t recommend any more than 20 people - but it’s up to you!
Do we need a backup location IF WE PLAN ON ELOPING IN THE MOUNTAINS?
If you are planning to elope, especially without any guests, it is easier and recommended to be a bit more flexible about your chosen location if something comes up - e.g. terrible weather.
We are flexible and happy to assist you with the last-minute logistics.
Delivery phase
how long until we recieve our photos and wedding film?
You can expect to recieve the photos & film 2-4 weeks after your special day. If you have orderd an album, this depends on when the design has been finalised, and how long shipping takes.
How will they be delivered?

We use a professional online private gallery platform to deliver your photos and film. You will get the photos in high resolution JPEG format and the wedding film in full HD MP4 format.
